WHAT WE OFFER
Personal Training:
Individualized coaching for strength development, performance, and injury-aware training.
At your consultation for personal training, we'll talk about your current lifestyle, past fitness history, and desired goals. Your trainer then builds a custom workout plan to meet your needs. A combination of strategic exercises and a healthy diet will help you become or maintain the best physical version of yourself.
Personal Training Sessions can be 30 minutes or an hour in length; dates and times are subject to availability.
Small Group Strength Training:
Coach-led sessions focused on strength, conditioning, and movement quality.
At a consultation for small-group training, we'll talk about the groups overall goals, as well as individual fitness history. Your trainer then builds a custom workout plan to best suit the group overall.
Small Group Sessions are an hour in length; dates and times are subject to availability.
Performance Focused Conditioning:
Low-impact, efficient conditioning (including rowing) designed to build capacity without unnecessary wear and tear.
Performance Focused Conditioning Sessions are an hour in length; dates and times are subject to availability.
Nutrition Coaching:
A nutrition coach should help clients create sustainable habits around food that support their goals, whether that's weight loss, muscle gain, improved energy, or overall health. At ArmorFit, we provide personalized guidance that helps provide balance. Our approach isn't about strict diets or quick fixes - it's about building confidence in your choices and giving you the tools to fuel your body in a way that works long term.

I recently started working with a personal trainer at the Arc Gym. My trainer Coach Laura, one of our Row House coaches, is getting me together. She's only 5ft tall, but she will work you! My Osteoarthritis is under control - I still have some flares, but I have more good days than bad. Coach Laura is also great about modifying moves and making sure the workouts are challenging but not painful. I know this type of workout isn't feasible for many of us living with Arthritis, but whatever exercise you can do helps.
